Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to all fifty United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations, though we are actively exploring opportunities to expand our shipping footprint in the future.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. For security and verification purposes, all shipments require a physical street address. We appreciate your understanding regarding this necessary restriction.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value, the shipping method selected, and the destination of your package. All applicable shipping charges are displayed prominently during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

Order Tracking

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, and the vast majority of shipments arrive without complication. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, or building management, as carriers occasionally deliver to an alternative safe location. In the rare event that your order arrives with visible external damage to the shipping box, we encourage you to document the condition and contact us promptly. For items damaged in transit, we will work with you to make things right.
